If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request. All items must be returned in their original condition – unused, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
Step-by-Step Return Process
Step 1: Submit Your Return Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with the following information:
- Your order number
- Product name and quantity you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer exchange or refund
Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our team will review your request within 24-48 business hours and email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Please do not ship items back without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely package the items in their original packaging, include the original invoice, and clearly write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package. Ship to our returns center:

Step 4: Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days after arrival), we’ll process your exchange or refund according to your preference.
Refund Timeline & Methods
Refunds are processed to your original payment method:
- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after return approval
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after return approval
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personal protective equipment that has been removed from original packaging
- Custom team orders for clubs including Coventry & North Warwickshire HC, Cheltenham HC, and other club-specific gear
- Products with broken seals or removed tags
- Items that show signs of use or wear
Exchange Policy
We happily accept exchanges for size or color variations, subject to product availability. If your preferred exchange item is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead. Exchange shipping is free for the first exchange.

International Returns
As we serve customers worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions), international returns are accepted following the same process. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for international returns.
